Orange Tree itself is set amongst orange groves where you can pick your own oranges in season. The community is particularly open and spacious with each villa occupying a much larger lot than other communities in the area, and unlike most developments has full street lighting and wide sidewalks for strolling and jogging.

In the centre of Orange Tree is a five acre park and recreation area offering full size tennis & basketball courts together with a soccer pitch.
